Mr. Candell graduated from the University of California at Berkeley, Boalt Hall School of Law, and received his undergraduate degree at Tufts University in Medford, MA. He is licensed to practice law in all California courts, the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, United States Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit, and all New York State Courts. Mr. Candell is a member of the San Francisco Bar Association as well as the California Public Defenders Association.
